Why did the Democrats destroy the black family?

JFK gave them subsidized housing to keep them out of the work force. More entitlements as time ped. Why would they want to work. They are happy sitting on their stoop waiting for their checks, selling drugs on the side having babies to get more money to buy a BIG screen TV and and an Iphone. Of course it is for votes. The Dem's give a little more. I have heard that personally from a lady on welfare. Then Obama would not allow school vouchers so the students that really wanted to learn could go to a school where they could actually get an education and get out of the ghettos. Of course then they would see how the Democrats want to oppress them and they would be knew republicans. Look at Chicago, they vote in all these thugs as their representatives that squander money and do nothing to help them get out of that life style.
