Going for a pap smear and I'm terrified that I may be pregnant! PLEASE HELP?

They can't tell from just doing a pap smear if you are pregnant b/c that's not what they are "down there" for. If you tell her that you think you may be pregnant she can do a pelvic exam & check. Every time I would go in when I was pregnant they check your cervix & can tell. I always got a pap smear at the same time too. They may have an ultra sound machine rolled in to check too. They wouldn't be able to check for a heartbeat b/c it's too soon but they should be able to see the sac & a little heartbeat if there is a baby there.
