Hey guys i need HELP!?

well, there is this guy salvador, he teases me often and tells me he loves to see me shouting at him which is totally wierd since he has never been this way to any other girl, i asked him if he hates me n if dats the reason he keeps teasing me, he said no way! and dat he does dat coz he likes to.. and he also kinda broke me n my boyfrnd up, and i am attracted to this sal guy... So i jus went rite out and asked if he felt the same way, he bluntly refused but after this incident we got real close (though he still teases me a looot) and he also started looking at me often, but i dont return his looks coz he told me he didnt like me dat way, so i am quite self conscious. though he looks at me often and teases me, i dont know why he doesnt tell me dat he likes me, my frnds say its obvious he likes me, but i cant help wondering why he wont open up, i mean we talk abt deep secrets but he wont tell me dat he is interested, or is it dat he really is not interested in me dat way? if its so why does he keep looking at me? confused, plz help!
