Trade A-rod or Outfielders?

a kid in my league wants to trade brandon phillips and is looking for an outfielder. He has closers and a starting pitcher i want. If i want brandon phillips, tim lince, and kerry wood who should i give him. My outfielders are Carlos Beltran, Carlos Gomez, Jay Bruce, Nick swisher, Lance Berkman, and Raul Ibanez. I am also willing to trade A-rod. Should i give outfielders or arod and an outfielder. i cant decide who to give him that would make it a fair trade.
