Why doesn't Tomb Raider : Underworld work on my PC anymore?

the first time i downloaded and played it, it worked perfectly. I haven't even taken the disc out since that time, and whenever I try to run the game NOTHING pops up. It's like I never clicked on the icon. I tried taking out the disc and putting it back in again, but still nothing happens. Does anybody know what's going on?
