Help on window update please! ASAP?

Hi everyone. I need to install update 23 important items on my window update. I tried installing it so 8 times and it still all fail. So everytime i use the computer it has to shut down and i have to go through the process of it. It's security update for microsoft office XP and all the others for example powerpoint, excel, word, etc. I realize I am dum but i deleted all those beside microsoft office XP professional with frontpage. Is there a way of getting rid of this update please help me. If i delete microsoft office xp pro. with frontpage, will the update stop happening? I cannot redownload it anywhere so I'm screwed.
