What type of activities should I do when I get depressed?

I have an anxiety problem, and depression goes hand in hand with it. I get depressed often, but not too bad. It's usually a Sunday, and I've found that the only things I can do to stabilize it are being active. I'm absolutely tired of shopping and I'm about hiked out. Any suggestions for pick-me-ups or how to beat constant depression?
