Shaving pubic hair in pregnancy?

i am 34 weeks pregnant and finding it difficult to see down bellow so i can have a shave. i dont want to go into labour with a huge bush :) excuse the way i have put it!! what do most women do when they are pregnant, do they just leave it... i dont want the doctors looking down there and i am really hairy, i am going to be really embarred.are they used to it??
