Can I p off as an American with my accent (I'm not American, lived in the US for 1 yr. Plz read details)?

I live in New York and you could definitely, no problem, p as an American here. I'm pretty sure you could convince people all across America that you're an American, perhaps excluding the dumb parts of the US that thinks only white people are Americans. I agree with the video's viewpoints, too, by the way.
