Does the Bible say a Bast*ard is not allowed into the congregation ?

I am amazed at how many people take parts of the Bible and try to make a point. Most of these kinds of questions show an appalling ignorance of the Bible in its whole context. Some of the Christians do the same thing. Read the whole Bible, study it, then come back with educated questions.
